• Emotional and Behavioral Training

    The teenage years can be chaotic and difficult to manage. Brain development has the emotional center active while the ability to inhibit actions is not yet well developed. Sometimes teens need assistance learning coping skills for dealing with intense emotional states or curbing impulsivity and aggression. Teens can gain insight into their inner world through therapy, which allows them to more easily navigate their emotions and behaviors.

  • Individual, Parent, and Family Therapies

    Individual therapy offers a close relationship in which teens can explore their feelings in a supportive environment. Parents are checked in with on a regular basis and brought into therapy as needed. The family system as well as the teen's entire social environment are considered, and family therapy sessions are provided on an as needed basis.
